Trinity Explorers

Next term, Trinity Rawdon will be hosting a new after-school club called TRINITY EXPLORERS – for children between 7 and 10 years.  It is a new venture combining the best of all the youth activities that we have run in the past.

TRINITY EXPLORERS will take place every week on Tuesday afternoons between 3:30pm and 5:00pm, (term-time).

We will be starting the group on October 5th in the New Hall at Trinity Church, Rawdon.

TRINITY EXPLORERS provides a safe space for young people to meet after school. We have toast and squash available on arrival, then each week we will listen to a story from the Bible and explore the meaning of it through craft activities.  We will also bake each week and share our bakes at the end of the session.  Sometimes, if the weather is good, we will do games outside or community litter-picking.

If you would like your child to attend, please contact us and we will send the appropriate permission forms.  As we can only take 20 young people, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and the others will then go onto a waiting list.

If you would like to stop for a cup of tea or coffee when you drop the children off, you would be more than welcome.

We are always looking for volunteers at TRINITY EXPLORERS, so if you would like to be involved, please do not hesitate to contact Rev Helen, Minister at Trinity Church, Rawdon
